Return Policy

In Store Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly refund your money for the merchandise price paid. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date (printed on your receipt). All packaging and paperwork must be returned with the item as the item must be in resalable condition. Some exceptions do apply - if the item is on sale, marked as is, or is discounted, it is a final sale. If an item is custom cut or special ordered there are no returns.

If you do not have a receipt or have gone beyond the required days, the above policy applies, but with an exchange only.

To Return Merchandise:

Take merchandise back to one of our two locations within 14 days of your purchase. Please try to bring ALL of the original packaging and hardware which you recieved with the item.

Over the Web Returns:

If you have purchased an item through an internet sale than our return policy is as follows: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date (printed on your receipt). All packaging and paperwork must be returned with the item as the item must be in resalable condition. Some exceptions do apply - if the item is on sale, marked as is, or is discounted, it is a final sale.

To Return Merchandise:

Notify us via e-mail: murray@storageworks.com or call our number at 403 252 9675 Monday - Friday between 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.MST.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original product packaging. Include a copy of your receipts (white copy & credit card copy).
Send your package back prepaid and insured to:

We will refund or credit you the value of the item and any taxes you were charged within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
